CHEW HUNG NIEN graduated with Gold Medalist Awards from the University Science of Malaysia in 2016, where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree. Since then, he has gained valuable experience working at well-known architectural firms in Kedah, Penang, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur. His portfolio includes a diverse array of projects, ranging from residential and commercial developments to mixed-use developments and interior design projects.

Throughout his career, he has honed his design skills and developed a strong passion for exploring various forms of creative expression. This passion has led him to create art pieces, installations, and architectural structures. He has achieved notable success by winning numerous architectural competitions on both the national and international levels.

Managed and completed a high-end mixed-use development with extensive involvement in high-rise residential and interior design projects. A results-driven all-rounder well versed in: Feasibility study, Architectural Design, Project Management, Design Management, Value engineering. He believes in holistic approach to building design where good architecture should be functional, meaningful and not constrained to decorative purpose. He is also very passionate in property and investment, he believes in good architecture and planning will contribute to long term ROI.
