PROJECT REIMAGINE SPACE & FACADE
PROJECT REIMAGINE SPACE & FACADE
The design intention is to reimagine the existing high-rise building facade in Malaysia, redesign and repurpose the spaces to offer a canvas for innovative urban design concepts that prioritize both aesthetics and functionality.
1. The addition of balconies and spaces is a transformative step, not only expanding living spaces but also introducing lush greenery. These vertical gardens provide residents with a unique oasis, promoting a connection with nature amidst the urban jungle.
2. Further elevating the concept, some of these balconies can be transformed into shared lounge areas. This fosters a sense of community and interaction among inhabitants, creating social hubs where people can relax, socialize, and build a stronger neighborhood bond.
3. The facade extends beyond typical living areas. Incorporating creative function spaces into the high-rise promotes versatility. These spaces can be used for events or cultural gatherings, making the building a hub for creativity and cultural exchange.
4. The integration of green areas provide shade, promote thermal comfort, and reduce energy consumption by moderating temperatures, making the building eco-friendly and energy-efficient.
5. The design embraces a holistic approach, prioritizing the well-being and social connectivity of its inhabitants while aligning with green principles and modern adaptability.
6. It transforms the traditional facade into a multifunctional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing element of urban architecture.
